Colonel Inderjit Singh (Retd.)

In his role as the Project Director, Colonel Singh’s primary responsibility is the initial camp setup and handing over the responsibilities to the Camp Officer-In-Charge once the operations are stream-lined.

With over 35 years of rich experiences in Security Management, HRM, General Administration in Indian Army and large enterprises. Col Inderjit specializes in logistics management of men and material. He is adept at localization of all resources. He has excellent liaison skills with civil administration and local leaders. His key strengths include training and mentoring, setup of administrative processes, systems and standards. He is a M.SC in Ecology and Environment and has over 4 years of experience in Private Security Industry in senior roles. He was commissioned in to Regiment of Artillery in 1974. He has completed the Corporate and Industrial Security, Safety and Intelligence Management Course from the National Security Training Institute (Ministry of Defence).

Ajay Kumar Pandey, Brigadier (Retd.)

Director

Brigadier Ajay Kumar Pandey (35 years of diverse experience in operations, intelligence, security, counter insurgency and training with the Indian Army and 3 years of experience in the Private Security Industry; Experience in high-end security like CCTV, access control, biometrics etc.

A post graduate in defence studies and a management graduate Brig Pandey is the key person responsible for interaction with all the key stakeholders across the security industry and also responsible for the design & content of the training program and setting up training centres. He is also responsible for operational aspects of the mobilization, training and placement projects.

Sirinivas Majji

Director

An alumnus of IIT Chennai and XLRI, he has spent over a decade with Infosys in the IT solutions domain managing the IT Services of Fortune 500 companies. In his entrepreneurial avatar, he has started an animation and an IT/BPO firm. He is the prime mover for bringing innovation into the business solutions that his firms provide by harnessing technology, systems and processes. Currently, he is looking after the operational aspects of Optaamaze.

Guatam Ghosh

Mr. Ghosh has varied experience of over 30 years as leader of various global MNCs. He is a multi-sector Business Management expert with vast experience in leading & accelerating profitable growth of existing & new entrant MNCs both nationally and internationally.

He has led various MNCs including Expedien Inc. USA (for Cambridge Education Development, USA) as Executive Director; MMD Philips (JV between Philips, Netherlands and USD 13 billion TPV group) as Regional Director – India, Middle East, Africa, Central Asia; ViewSonic Corp (USA) as Country Head – India & South Asia and ZEBRA Technologies Corp (USA) as Country Head – India & South Asia.

He has also assisted in developing and setting-up effective Sales, Marketing & Distribution strategy with demonstrated results for MNCs entering India as well as existing companies in Consumer, Education & Industrial Technology space cutting across various verticals. Mr. Ghosh completed his Masters in Business Management and has participated in various Management Development Programs with IIM, Lucknow; Marketing Management in Micro, Small & Medium Scale Enterprise with Govt of India and several institutes internationally. His interests include reading self-help books, traveling, music and motivational speaking.

At Optaamaze, he is responsible for liaising with industries bodies and Government for implementation of Resource Integration for Sustainable Employment (RISE) initiative.

Rajasekhar Majji

Raj is one of the co-founder of Optaamaze, a pioneer in the training space in the private security domain. In his corporate stint, Raj was the head of the market research/marketing function in the FMCG (Tata Tea), retail (Reliance WebWorld), media (WorldSpace) and telecom sectors (Airtel).

As an angel investor and start-up specialist, he has invested in firms across domains such as IT/ITES ( GVT), semi-conductor distribution (FTD Infocomm), entertainment (Motifs & Matinee), animation (DesignPolis), infrastructure (Ideal Mandate), rural marketing (Rural Connect) and market research and analytics (Smart Mandate).

Raj has also acted as an advisor and management consultant to foreign companies on kick-starting Indian operations. Raj is also on the advisory board of leading firms in the entertainment, infrastructure, rural marketing and technology sectors. Raj is a post-graduate in management from IIM Ahmedabad.
